Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed after business hours will be processed the next business day. Processing times may be extended during high-volume or promotional periods.


Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We ship orders using standard ground shipping carriers. Delivery times typically range from 2–7 business days depending on your location. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.


Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, package size, and delivery destination. Any applicable promotions or free-shipping offers will be shown at checkout.


Local Pickup

We offer FREE local pickup at our warehouse location.

Local pickup orders are typically ready same day or next business day. You will receive a notification once your order is ready for pickup. Please bring your order confirmation and a valid ID.


Ice Cream & Frozen Products

Ice cream and frozen items are LOCAL PICKUP ONLY and are not eligible for shipping due to temperature and melting concerns. Orders containing frozen items will not be shipped.


Wholesale & Bulk Orders

Wholesale or bulk orders may require additional processing time and may ship in multiple packages. For large wholesale or freight orders, please contact us before placing your order.


Shipping Delays

Refunds and returns do not apply if products are delivered late. Carnival Candies & Ice Cream Inc. does not guarantee delivery times.

It is the customer’s responsibility to select the appropriate shipping method and plan accordingly for the date items are needed. If your package was delivered late, please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.


Damaged Orders

At Carnival Candies & Ice Cream Inc., we take great care in packaging your items to ensure they arrive in good condition.

In the rare event that an order arrives damaged, please email carnivalicecreamcandy@gmail.com with the following information:

  • Full name

  • Order number

  • Explanation of the damaged goods

  • Clear images of the damaged items

Damaged order claims may take up to 3 weeks to be processed.


Lost or Stolen Orders

In the rare event that an order is lost or stolen, please email carnivalicecreamcandy@gmail.com with the following information:

  • Order number

  • Explanation of the issue

  • Screenshot of tracking information


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.
