Thank you for shopping with Carnival Candies & Ice Cream Inc. Please review our refund policy carefully before placing your order.


All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature and food safety of our products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Personal preference of flavor, taste, or texture

  • Incorrect item selection

  • Late deliveries

For any other issues related to the product, please reach us by email. Some exceptions can be made. 


Ice Cream & Frozen Products

All ice cream and frozen products are LOCAL PICKUP ONLY and are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-RETURNABLE under any circumstances due to food safety and temperature control concerns.


Shipping Delays

Carnival Candies & Ice Cream Inc. does not guarantee delivery times. Refunds and returns do not apply to orders delivered late.

It is the customer’s responsibility to select the appropriate shipping method and plan accordingly. For late deliveries, please contact the shipping carrier directly.


Damaged Orders

We take great care in packaging our products. In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please email carnivalicecreamcandy@gmail.com with the following:

  • Full name

  • Order number

  • Description of the damaged item(s)

  • Clear images of the damaged goods and packaging

Approved damage claims may be eligible for a replacement or refund only, at our discretion. Claims with carrier may take up to 4 weeks to process.


Lost or Stolen Packages

If a package is lost or stolen, please email carnivalicecreamcandy@gmail.com with:

  • Full name

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Screenshot of tracking information

Approved lost or stolen claims may be eligible for a replacement or refund only, at our discretion. Claims with carrier may take up to 4 weeks to process.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Refunds will not be issued for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If you placed any order with an incorrect shipping address, please contact us immediately to have it changed before order is fulfilled. 


Chargebacks & Disputes

Customers are encouraged to contact us directly before filing a chargeback. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account restrictions and order cancellations.
